Description

There are seven American White Pelicans silhouetted against the moon or waves; majestic in flight or familiar poses. All may bring back fond memories of beach and coastal river experiences with these most interesting birds. Technique was to draw outline of subjects, etch in to the illustration board to produce more detail, then add prismacolor, gouache, oil pastel and ink as needed.
